Our recently new addition. Creative adventures with Teddy Tempo is a drama, movement and music class every week for thirty minutes for nursery and reception children.

Teachers are usually working actors, dancers or musicians with teaching qualifications and plenty of experience working with children
Before recruitment is selected, we have a checking procedure including verbal and written communication with personal and professional references, an enhanced or updated full DBS check and safeguarding training through High Speed Training online
Each teacher is assigned a mentor that will help assist and give advice throughout the first term of teaching.
Each teacher refreshes their safeguarding training every year, as well as making sure they have read through all of the ScalesandTales policies.
We also provide a first aid course and chaperone licences for every performing arts teacher.

We provide an open chat policy at the end of every after-school club for parents and guardians if they need any advice about their child’s progress.
ScalesandTales pride themselves on replying promptly to any queries via email regarding progress.
We provide as showcase of their work at the end of every term as well as LAMDA acting, musical theatre, ABRSM and Rock School exams.

We do not offer refunds for missed lessons or workshops if the child cannot attend.

Please give half a terms’ written notice for clubs and instrumental lessons via email if you would like to cancel.

No, we do not accept childcare vouchers as we are not Ofsted registered.

Please fill out our instrumental lessons bookings form and state which instrumental lesson you wish to book. We will then get back to you.

You will be able to pay in instalments or in full.
