BALLET CLASSES FOR ADULTS

COURSE CONTENT

Exact course content may differ depending on the duration of the course, your individual needs and those of the group. However, topics covered will generally include:

  • Establish basic ballet vocabulary and the purpose of each exercise

  • Develop strength, flexibility and better posture

  • Improve coordination

  • Broaden awareness of the body in space

  • Put techniques into practice by mastering simple choreographic phrases

You will be given friendly feedback and support from your tutor throughout the course.

Please arrive for 7.15 for relaxation and stretch, class to start at 7.30.
